Important to listen to people and show empathy. Realize that everyone is different. Requires a lot of unique skillsets to be successful. 2 main variables of success. Who is the person? What are they like? Are they interesting? Are they someone that you would like to go look at houses with? Effort – gently help them understand their effort, schedule, time devoted to the business, career and growth. Strong correlation between effort and success.
Get dressed, Show up and get involved in life. This business is about life. Join their church choir, get involved with clubs, volunteer, call an old friend, take them to lunch.
